Ordering Form for Single Cards (each unique)

I have created an ordering form for customized cards for any occasion.  You can order up to 3 cards of the same type/colour on this ordering form.  Each card will be unique and individual (like the person requesting the card and the person you are sending it to).  Take a look at the catalogue which shows samples of my cards and sentiments.  Remember that each card can be changed to meet your special occasion.  For example, if you like a wedding card sample but would prefer it for an anniversary, I'd be happy to do this for you.  Simply download the order (or fill it online) and then save it and email it to me (RhondaT@TeelsTreasures.com).  I'll respond within 24 hours and discuss your project with you to ensure it's created to your satisfaction.
